 Plum :
Like their dried cousins, prunes, plums have phenols that
are damage protecting antioxidants. Plums are a good source of
vitamins A and B, high in fiber and are rich in iron, calcium
and phosphorus. The phenols help reduce the oxidation of fats in
the blood stream that cause heart disease such as the buildup of
plaque and hardening of the arteries.
