Peaches :
Peaches are a great source of natural vitamins and minerals.
They have a good amount of vitamin A, B vitamins, folic acid,
vitamin C, calcium, potassium and a little zinc. Other important
trace minerals include iron, sulfur, selenium, manganese and
copper. Their beta carotene is antioxidant and prevents damage
from free radicals. Beta carotene is considered a provitamin and
is converted in the liver to vitamin A on an as needed basis.
